Built in 1973 , this Caboose is in operating condition and was used within the last year in rail service . It also was inspected and interchanged within the last 12 years. It has two oil heating stoves with two separate extended capacity oil tanks (one of the smoke stacks was removed but is included). All original seating is in place and in decent condition. It has refrigerator, hot plate, sink, table, large water tank, Toilet, storage, full 32 volt electrical system (which easily can be converted to 120 volt) with axle generator (no batteries included and included drive shaft is removed). Note, none of the internal items listed have been used or tested. Working ditch and running (red) lights.
