AUCTION RULES
****Before you can place a bid you must submit a $500 deposit by credit card to access the bidding page. If you win an auction, the $500 will be deducted from your auction total or refunded to your card. If you do not have a winning bid, your deposit will be refunded to your card within 48 hours after the end of the auction.
****No false bidding, if you place false bids, your deposit will not be refunded.
****Any and all inspections must be completed before the end of the auction.
**** All bids are in $1,000.00 increments
**** You can place a max bid and our site will automatically increase your bid in $1,000.00 increments until your max bid has been reached
**** You will receive an email for each bid you place, when you have been outbid and if you win or lose the auction after closing.
**** All equipment and parts are sold "As Is Where Is"
**** Sale will include a $1,000.00 Buyer's Premium
**** Bidding opens Tuesday March 15th at 8 am (cst) 2022 and closes Thursday March 17th at 5 pm (cst) 2022 . If you are the winning bidder, after an auction ends we will contact you for your sales contract information. A sales contract will be issued via Docusign for review and digital signature. Payment will be made via wire transfer and all the wire details will be included with the sales contract. Once payment has been received, a bill of sale will also be posted to Docusign. After the bill of sale is signed, the transaction is complete and you will be responsible for all shipping costs and removal for each item you purchase.
**** All inspections of equipment must be completed before the close of the Auction on March 17th.
**** All items sold will need to be removed from the property within 30 days of the ending of the Auction.
**** Please use the schedule inspection button on this listing to schedule an inspection. You must be equipped with PPE (Personal Protection Equipment) before permitted on the property. The cars are stored in an active rail yard and all person(s) entering the property must be escorted by a designated railroad employee.
Please note: This car currently has MOW Equipment loaded on it and the equipment is for sale also. The MOW equipment will need to be unloaded from the car before it can be shipped.
Built in 1949 as a steel gondola for the Denver & Rio Grande Railroad. The car has a good body, drop end doors for loading, ABD brake valves and friction bearings.
