Rebuilt in 1986, new engine only has approx 660 hours on it and unit has been stored in doors since it was rebuilt, unit in operating condition and ready to go to work. Some of the mechanical details include: Light weight 50,000 lbs, max speed 20 mph, max curve 40’ radius, fuel tank capacity 75 gal, tractive effort is 15,000 lbs @ 30% adhesion, new (@ rebuild) Cummins N-855-LE diesel engine, rebuilt air compressor, turned wheels (@ rebuild), new axle bearings, good body, uncoupling cylinders, emergency stop buttons on exterior, train and locomotive brakes, CATRON Remote Control system. NOTE: Unit has been started once a month to keep engine lubricated.
