Built circa 1950 by International Car as a steel caboose for the Detroit, Toledo & Western Railroad. Sold into private ownership and converted into a hunting cabin. Some of the car details include: good body & roof, connected to electric and sewer, friction bearings, full size bed in cupola with drop down latter to access, small kitchen/dining area, restroom and shower and living room with futon sofa. The car would make a great cabin, guest house or small office.
