Built as a wood caboose in 1909 for the Central Vermont Railroad, retired from service and sold into private ownership circa 1972. Moved to Michigan and the car was used on a tourist shortline until being sold to current owner in 2000. Car has been fully restored and is equipped with updated electrical service, A/C unit, heat. Great as a guest house or cabin and can even be used on a tourist railroad or shortline.
