Originally build for the New York Central Railroad as a steel bay window caboose #21038. After the New York Central/Pennsylvania Railroad merger the car was owned by Penn Central and eventually became owned by Conrail. Retired by the railroad and sold into private ownership. The interior has been removed making this car ideal for conversion to a tiny house, business, or weekend cabin. The body and roof are in great condition, windows are plated over but can be restored, wheels are not serviceable (for rail service), rotating end cap bearings, ABDW brake valves.
