The Caboose Motel units in this listing are being sold individually or as a complete turnkey package. The Caboose Motel business and property are not being sold, only the cabooses. 

The cabooses in this listing were all built for the Santa Fe Railroad from 1920 to 1940, they were retired by the railroad and converted into motel units in the 1970’s by the current owner. Each unit has air conditioning, wood burning stove, a small kitchen and living area, sleeps 6 and each car has a shower and toilet. These units are in great condition and have been rented out all summer.
