We do not have any information on the history of the car or when it was built but we estimate the build date to be around 1910-1915. It was originally purchased from the Rock Island Railroad in 1970 and by a private owner and converted into a guest house. The car is equipped with a small kitchenette, shower and restroom, sofas that can be used as beds, several bunk beds, electricity and plumbing, wood construction with steel frame. The car needs a little paint on the exterior and some interior cleaning and it would like new again. Would work great as an office, guest house or play room for the kids.
