Built as an SW8 switcher by EMD, in operating condition, 2.5" wheels, basically in operating condition one truck had been removed for roller bearing installation (wheels & 8 adapter boxes included) and one truck is still friction bearing, 6L brake, 567C block. Seller can reassemble locomotive for Buyer.
