1970’s Kershaw Ballast Regulator. Model 26-1-12, no engine  is included. Both wings (one not shown will be put back on machine) front blade and rear brush are all there. Glass is mostly broken due to kids with rocks. Good for parts or a rebuild, it is equipped with  a turntable.
