Built in 1963 as a steel caboose for the Seaboard Coast Line Railroad. Retired and sold into private ownership and converted into an Air B&B. The exterior and roof of the car is in excellent condition. The sale of the car will include the 10' x 13' addition which includes a laundry area and full bathroom and a 13' x 20' deck. The caboose interior includes a small kitchen, dining area, short queen murphy bed, small dining/living room with couch and two TVs. The car has updated electrical, city water and sewer. In addition a sale can include a working crossing gate w/lights and a small gift shop building.
