Built in 1986 by THRALL Car Manufacturing for Amtrak to haul mail and express. Retired by Amtrak and sold into private ownership. Some of the mechanical details include: Good body (needs paint), 27 pin, HEP (some cable has been cut) H couplers, APEE bearings, ISSH high speed trucks, 8.5 inch body mounted cylinders, interior (110v) lights powered from exterior outlet, great wheels. Would make a great power car or water tight and vandal resistant storage car.
