Built by EMD as an E8 locomotive for the Pennsylvania railroad, in operating condition and some of the mechanical details include: Good body, oil bearings, ditch lights,  F couplers, HEP, serviceable wheels, 6 RL brake. 2-567B prime movers,Was in operating condition when stored, unit has a few electrical shorts that need repaired.
