Built in 1979 by International Car for the Shamrock Coal Company for use on their unit trains and named for a former shortline the Oneida And Western Railroad. Built to to Union Pacific specs and was actually tacked onto the end of an order for the UP. The car was restored several years ago and is in great condition, it will need air brake & side bearing work before it can be shipped. The mechanical details include: Great body, roof, & interior! Microphor toilet, sink, comp shoes, ABDW valves, 6x11 roller bearings.
