Originally built for the Illinois Central Railroad, later sold and retired by the Paducah & Louisville Railroad. Some of the mechanical details include: Steel construction, fair body, cushion draft gear, roller bearings, 12v electrical system, AB valves, cast shoes, large platforms, small dent on one side of car body, body mounted cylinders, oil fired heat, fresh water tank, fuel tank, wide vision cupola.
