Built in 1986 by THRALL Car Manufacturing for Amtrak to haul mail and express. Retired by Amtrak and sold into private ownership. Some of the mechanical details include: Good body (needs paint), 27 pin, HEP, H couplers, APEE bearings, ISSH high speed trucks, 8.5 inch body mounted cylinders, interior (110v) lights powered from exterior outlet, great wheels. Would make a great power car or water tight and vandal resistant storage car. 

NOTE: This car was equipped with 26-C valves but the valves and valve bracket have been removed. Buyer will need to install a new valves and bracket.
