AUCTION RULES
****Before you can place a bid you must submit a $500 deposit by credit card to access the bidding page. If you win an auction, the $500 will be deducted from your auction total or refunded to your card. If you do not have a winning bid, your deposit will be refunded to your card within 48 hours after the end of the auction.
****No false bidding, if you place false bids, your deposit will not be refunded.
****Any and all inspections must be completed before the end of the auction. All persons inspecting locomotive will be required to sign a liability waiver before inspection is scheduled.
**** All bids are in $1,000.00 increments
**** You can place a max bid and our site will automatically increase your bid in $1,000.00 increments until your max bid has been reached
**** You will receive an email for each bid you place, when you have been out bidded and if you win or lose the auction after closing.
**** All locomotives are sold "As Is Where Is"
**** Sale will include a $5,000.00 Buyer's Premium per locomotive.
**** Any mechanical work performed at current storage location by buyer, will be limited to preparing the locomotives for interchange only.
**** Locomotive(s) to be removed from Seller's property no later than 60 days from the effective date of the sales contract.
**** Bidding opens 08/10/2021 09:00 am (cst) and closes on 08/11/2021 at 5:00 PM (cst). If you have a winning bid, after the auction ends we will contact you for your sales contract information. A sales contract will be issued via Docusign for review and digital signature. Payment will be made via wire transfer and all the wire details will be included with the sales contract. Once payment has been received, a bill of sale will also be posted to Docusign. After the bill of sale is signed, the transaction is complete and you will be responsible for all shipping costs for each locomotive you purchase. Buyer will be required to apply new reporting marks and UMLER tags before shipment.
