Built circa 1980 by EMD as a MP1500 Diesel Electric Locomotive. Retired from Norfolk Southern Railway and sold into private ownership. Some of the mechanical details include: Great body and cab, serviceable wheels, 26 air brake valves, 645-E block, Blue Carded and serviceable, new air compressor, cab air conditioning, oil bath bearings, comp shoes, MU, ditch lights, AAR control stand, alignment control couplers.
