Atlantic Coast Line Dining Car "Naples

Built in 1959 by the Pullman Company as a 36 seat dining car for the Atlantic Coast Line Railroad. Ownership of the car was transferred to Seaboard Coast Line Railroad when the Atlantic Coast Line merged with the Seaboard Railroad. The car became property of Amtrak and eventually retired and sold into private ownership. It has a roof and sides and the structure appears to have stainless side sheets over steel. Corrosion on the side sheets and side sills is minimal.  Some of the mechanical details include: Comp shoes, OSSH trucks, truck mounted cylinders, grease bearings, good wheels, D-22 brake valves, steam heat, D/C electrical system, original interior, stainless kitchen, H couplers.
