Car in generally good condition but will need new windows to replace worn plastic Lexan; light refurbishment of interior; and inspection and servicing of all mechanical systems. Water tank shroud needs replacement.

Car has current 4 year COT&S date of 10-21-19 and can move anywhere in the US in regular freight train service.
