Originally built as a caboose for the Detroit, Toledo & Ironton Railroad, eventually sold to Artrain and used as mobile office for rolling art exhibit. Is equipped with updated wiring, restroom, roller bearings, comp shoes, ABDW brake valves, good body, bed in cupola.
