Built in 1956 by the Budd Company for the Dominion Atlantic Railroad. Retired and told to Via Rail who rebuilt the car with updated mechanical and electrical systems. Some of the car attributes include good body and roof, ditch lights, H couplers, ISSH drop equalizer fabricated truck frames, grease bearings, electric decelostats, 26RL brake valves, Cummins engines, food service bar, handicap restroom, updated electrical system. The cars was being rebuilt but the project was stopped before all the work was completed.
