We do not have any history on this item but is was a Delaware & Hudson Railroad Flanger. This item would make a great museum piece, it needs a new deck on both ends but all the original equipment is still intact in the control cabin. The Seller does have the flanger blade that mounts under the car and all the air cylinders and valves are still in place to operate the blade.
