Built in 1925 as a wood caboose for the Chesapeake & Ohio Railroad. Sold into private ownership and converted into office space. Car was restored with new rubber roof covered by new metal roof, expanded foam insulation in walls, ceilings and floors. Rewired for 110v with phone and computer lines installed. Car is also equipped with friction bearings, interior paneling, excellent exterior, last COT&S was in 2009. Will work GREAT as an office or can be operated on any tourist or dinner train.
