SW1200 #129, built in 1956 for Northern Pacific, has a 12-cylinder 567C diesel engine, rebuilt in 2007 (s/n 56-F-109), D77 traction motors, a 14KW auxiliary generator and a newly new (2016) D-15-C main generator. Locomotive has electrical switch gear and 26-NL air brakes, upgraded from a #6 schedule in 2018. In addition, #129 has ditch lights on both ends, a Kim 480/3 HotStart, ecology tank, WXO air-cooled compressor, minimum 1 1/2" wheels and good low voltage wiring. Equipped with alignment control coupler pockets and couplers, #129 can travel anywhere.
