Wheels are fair, 1 1/2" minimum; ditch lights front and rear. Locomotive weight: 259,300 lbs. Traction motors are 752-E8.
Locomotive 92-day and 1104 inspections are out of date. Previous operator advises last time locomotive operated, it was in low-excitation mode and believes that the excitation panel was suspect; cards were changed but that did not repair it; while wiring to devices seemed to be OK, it was not getting feedback from generator.
