Built by EMD for passenger/freight service on the Baltimore & Ohio Railroad. Rebuilt by MARC (Maryland Area Rail Commuter) for commuter service in and out of Washington, DC and Baltimore, MD. Retired by MARC and sold into private ownership. Some of the details include: Good body & roof, ditch lights, oil bearings, AAR control stand, 26L brakes, HEP generator removed (control panel still in place), good wheels, comp shoes, last Blue Card date 2018, 645-C block.
