Built in 1947 by the Milwaukee Road shops as a 52 seat coach for the Milwaukee Road. Retired by MLW and sold into private ownership. Restored to operating condition by owner and used as an excursion coach on a tourist railroad. Some of the mechanical features include: Good body, 240v 3 Phase train line (see link for companion car at bottom of this page), overhead heat, Moran air conditioning unit, D-22 valves, disc brakes, H couplers, Nystrom trucks, decelostats, good wheels, grease bearings, working water system, very original interior, one locomotive recirculating toilet, spacious restroom lounges, electrical system converted to 110v A/C. This car is in operating condition (will need a COT&S) and will make a great addition to any museum or tourist operation. A partial tax consideration is possible if sold to a non-profit organization.
