 Built in 1925 by the Pullman Company for the Wabash Railroad as an open platform parlor observation car. Retired by the railroad and sold into private ownership and rebuilt by current owner into a open platform observation lounge. Some of the mechanical details include: Excellent body and roof (car has been stored in an open air pavilion), rebuilt trucks, 26-C brake valves, tread brakes with comp shoes, Stadco generator, full Head End Power, H couplers, ditch lights, good-excellent wheels, grease bearings, OSSH, Michrophor water tank gauge, updated HVAC, electric overhead heat, 200 gal holding tank, 300 gal fuel tank, truck mounted cylinders, rubber diaphragm, updated electrical lockers, service kitchen, custom built bar, restroom with Michrophor toilet, large lounge that can be set up for any type of configuration
