The land is not for sale only the car!
Built by the Pullman Company in 1901 as a wood 29 seat parlor car #1049. Renumbered to #1799, retired by the NP and sold into private ownership and converted into a lake side cabin. This is a VERY original and complete car! With the exception of two doors cut into each side , the rest of the car is intact and still has all its original wood, stained glass and light fixtures. One end of the car has been converted into a bedroom with its own restroom & sleeping porch (old vestibule). The divider for the bedroom can be easily removed to open the full parlor space. The center is currently a living room with small kitchen and counter. The opposite end of the car is the former women's restroom. The car has been under a roof for the last 30+ years and shows no signs of water penetration. This is one of the most stunning examples we have seen in a long time of a turn of the century wood car.
