Built as by Pullman as a hospital car for the U.S. Army, rebuilt by Amtrak in the 1980's as a baggage/dorm. Rebuilt in the late 1990's as a rolling display car for the Tennessee 200 display train. This car would make an excellent source of components for restoring a non HEP'd car. Head End Power, trucks, A/C unit, heat, electrical, couplers and more could be used to upgrade a non operating car. Some of the mechanical details include: Emergency lights, full Amtrak electrical locker, all interior walls have been removed for display area, air conditioning, OH heat, marker lights, H couplers, HEP, 27 pin, MU, good to fair body, excellent HUB stamped wheels, OSSH, water tanks (400 gal), freeze protection, 26-C brake valves, tread brakes, comp shoes, last COTS 3/25/2000, Carrier A/C condensing unit(R-22 8 Ton), custom made end doors, D/C emergency light system, APEE 6x11 bearings.
