Built in the 1962 as a baggage/mail car for the Southern Pacific Railroad by Pacific Car & Foundry. Retired by SP and sold into private ownership. Some of the mechanical details include: good body, rotating end cap bearings, good wheels, ABD brake valves, body mounted cylinders.
