Built as an order of ten cars from National Steel Car in 1929 and completed by CPR . Sold into private ownership and restored for use on a tourist railroad. We unfortunately don’t have a lot of photos or information on what was done to the car. It is self-contained with new heat and HVAC, new kitchen. The floor plan consist of several bedrooms, general toilet/shower, dining room, crew room and kitchen. Some of the mechanical details include: Steel body, diesel generator, commercial A/C unit, under car & trucks have been sand blasted, oil bearings straight bar equalizers F couplers, updated kitchen, oil fired hot water heat, updated electrical.
