This unit has the following defects/missing items: Batteries dead, missing start fuse, #1 traction motor is burnt up, axle #1,2,3 needs turned, event recorder missing, horn needs replaced, Hot Start missing pump, air box drains need flushed, rear knuckle needs replaced, HEP unit is intact.
