Built by the Milwaukee Road as a baggage/railway post office car, converted to MOW service, most of RPO fixtures removed, equipped with sinks, stoves, ovens and a walk in cooler. Some of the mechanical details include: 17 KW diesel generator, AB valves, large fuel tank, tread cast shoes, grease bearings, Nystrom trucks, drop equalizer, truck mounted cylinders, H couplers.
