Built in the 1950's by the Budd Co as a coach for the Southern Railroad, retired by the Southern and sold to a rail grinding train and was converted into a rolling office/crew room. Some of the mechanical details include: Good body, H couplers, ISSH trucks, oil 5.5x10 bearings, comp shoes, tread brakes, large under car water tank, ABDW valves.
