Built in the 1950's by the Budd Co. as a dining car for the Atchison, Topeka & Santa Fe Railroad, sold to Amtrak in the 1970's and retired in the 1980's. Some of the mechanical details include: Original kitchen, DC electrical system, good stainless car body, CS couplers, mixture of bearings, piped for decelostates, fair wheels, steam injector air conditioning, OSSH trucks with I beam equalizers, disc brakes (1 broken rotor), D-22 valves.
