Originally built as a 29 seat parlor car by Pullman for the Southern Pacific Railroad in 1937. Rebuilt into a 3/4 dome lounge car in 1955 by the Southern Pacific, retired by SP in 1970, became Amtrak #9373 in 1972 and retired by Amtrak in 1981. Sold into private ownership into private ownership and rebuilt for dinner train service in 1987. The car is in operating condition but will need wheel work. Some of the mechanical details include: HEP (208/220v), good body, H couplers, OSSH drop equalizer trucks, comp shoes,6.5 x 12 APEE bearings, side sill corrosion, D-22 valves, heat, air conditioning, side flood lights, restroom with holding tank, beverage bar with large cooler, 3 well sink, PA system, ceiling fans, seating for 64 passengers, interior mounted fresh water tank, hot water tank. NOTE: This car is landlocked and will need to be trucked from it's current location
